Renee Heath, Entrepreneur & Inventor, shared the story behind her title with us on October 16, 2022.

Business, the arts & charity are the driving forces behind all of Renee’s endeavors, as she continuously explores new ways to create the best products and experiences on the planet.

During her Journalism & Media undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, she was a DJ at WRSU 88.7FM, interned at MTV News & KWOD 106.5FM, and wrote music reviews for The Daily Targum. She has a master’s in international journalism from Leeds University and a mini-MBA in social media marketing.

Renee has a unique work background that couples Marketing and Design Thinking to reach people in the most authentic ways possible. She first thrived at digital agencies in the UK, and after winning multiple industry awards, she moved back across the pond. Before joining Accenture, Renee flourished as a digital director at CPG Food & Beverage companies, such as Applegate and B&G Foods.

Needing a creative outlet and wanting to flex her entrepreneurial muscles, Renee founded Made of Lionesses, an experiential boutique that designs and builds sets for bands and brands. Renee’s educational, professional and personal work has allowed her to lay the foundation necessary to create dynamic experiences and innovative kitchen gadgets like Banana Loca!

SUE SAYS

Growing up in Mexico the youngest of eight, Renee was always up for an adventure. She went to work with her dad to learn business, traveled to Costa Rica as an exchange student at the age of 11, and volunteered for Odyssey of the Mind in grade school to become better at problem-solving. All of this prepared Renee for her latest adventure as an entrepreneur and also as a new mom.
