Women in advertising make up only 3% of leadership roles, and Libby is one of them. She has worked with tech giants like Facebook, Microsoft and YouTube and is a staunch advocate for other women who are looking to “make it” in their chosen field. She mentors other women because she believes in them as well as the power of diversity in business in order to achieve creativity and innovation.
