Kirsten Moorefield, Cloverleaf & TEDx

“I’ve learned that I am an introvert, but thought I had to act like an extrovert to succeed. I truly thought something was wrong with me for not being able to keep up joyfully.”

Kirsten Moorefield

Kirsten Moorefield, Cofounder & COO of Cloverleaf and a TEDx Speaker, shared the true story behind her title with us on Sunday, November 7th, 2021.

Kirsten didn’t intend to start a tech company, yet here she is, the co-founder and COO of an H.R. tech platform that allows individuals and employees to be their best selves both at work and at home. Cloverleaf believes that good business is about putting humans in positions that allow them to be their best. From their office in Cincinnati, Ohio, they equip employers and empower employees to give the greatest contribution to their organization and have the most fulfilling opportunity in their role.

They believe it’s critical for people to be intentional about truly knowing who they work with, even in a small team like theirs. The combination and contrast of their skills elevate ourselves and others. This creates exceptional value to everyone involved.

SUE SAYS

Kirsten’s life story is a prime example that we are not meant to “follow the rules” and live life like everyone else.  We think differently, we learn differently and we are all energized by different things. Once we learn that about each other, there are no limits to what we can create or accomplish together, whether personally or professionally!
