Tracey Welson-Rossman, CMO of Chariot Solutions, co-founder of The Women in Tech Summit and Founder of TechGirlz. Tracey Welson-Rossman is a woman who became curious as to why there were so few women working in Technology.  “Technology is so fun and exciting” she thought to herself….where are all the women?  It became clear to her that this lack of pursuit began in women’s early years, with the mixed messaging that any career in the STEM field was not for girls.  She decided to do something about it, and launched “TechGirlz” to provide the support, resources and education that girls need to learn the truth about tech.
