Melanie Meador, the CEO of Redeam, joined us on February 23, 2020 to share the story behind her title.
At the age of 3 Melanie’s parents divorced, and at the age of 12, she was “sent off to boarding school.” These two experiences, along with an almost fatal car accident in her 20’s, led Melanie to develop a tremendous sense of independence and strength of character. What she shares openly is that she has always been fascinated with learning, and the structure she received in boarding school, literally set her on the path toward leadership.
