“Although I now had the tools to manage my stress, the triggers that brought on the stress continued to exist, so I needed to do more work“Lauri-Ann Ainsworth
Lauri-Ann Ainsworth, CEO of the Branson Centre Caribbean, shared the story behind her title with us on Sunday, December 5th, 2021.

“Two significant events happened to Lauri-Ann when she was young. Her father walked out when she was 8 years old, and a few years later her brother died. These experiences led to her lack of self-worth and a feeling of victimhood. What is inspiring about her story is her sheer determination to heal so that she could live the best life possible for her children and become keenly aware of who she was.”
