Jennifer Grubba, Founder and Editor in Chief of MN YOGA + Life Magazine, shared the story behind her title with us on Sunday, June 17, 2018.
Jennifer is passionate about making yoga and wellness more accessible to others, and travel for growth. She teaches with candor and her style is warm, welcoming, authentic, and playful. Her favorite part of teaching yoga is connecting with her students, empowering others to feel at home within themselves, and serving as a conduit for her students’ growth and healing.
Jennifer is also hosts yoga retreats as the Founder of Blue Lotus Yoga Retreats. Jennifer has led retreats in Mexico, Sedona, Iceland, and Napa. You can find her writings in MN YOGA + Life Magazine and her personal blog. Jennifer is a proud mother of two, practices as a School Psychologist and holds graduate degrees in psychology and education. Jennifer is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, and teaches yoga in corporate offices, studios, and events such as the Minnesota State Fair, the Minneapolis Yoga Conference, Unleash the She race, and corporate retreats.
Her mission as the Founder of MN YOGA + Life is to curate an artfully crafted publication that unites the Minnesota yoga community, gives locals a voice, and serves as resource to help readers live their best life. Jennifer was born and raised in the Minneapolis (Minnesota) area but has also lived on the East Coast where she attended graduate school.
