Jean grew up in what she describes as less than ideal circumstances. Her mother suffered from mental illness. Any child unable to have a healthy relationship with their mother knows what that can do. Fortunately, Jeane had a loving and supportive father who instilled a tremendous sense of confidence and independence in her. It helped her to see herself as capable and worthy and she carries that with her today in her role as a CEO.
