After a stint at Toptal and a brief detour at CERN, Irina co-founded Galactic Fed to create strategic growth marketing solutions for modern companies of all sizes. Irina has helped shape a Galactic Fed culture that values independent thought, honesty, and humility. Her personal motto, paraphrased from President Abe Lincoln, is: If you have 4 hours to chop down a tree, spend the first 3 sharpening the axe.

Irina’s journey as a two year old immigrant from Romania, to landing in Chicago with her grandparents, to a visit back to Romania to find her roots is steeped in life lessons.
