Erin was truly meant to be a leader. From the get go, she was interested in learning, exploring and finding truth in life. She learned from her parents that it was important to take advantage of any and all opportunities that were placed in front of her…and she is still doing that today.

Full Biography

Erin is the founder, President, and Head Coach of Main Line Accounting LLC (MLA), a CPA firm dedicated to the outsourced accounting needs of small businesses, non-profits, and high net worth individuals. MLA helps clients gain more accurate information, improved decision making, stronger accountability, and better financial controls. Erin’s trusted team of Certified Public Accountants, Certified QuickBooks Proadvisors®, and other professionals helps manage the financial needs of the firm’s clients by providing the highest quality accounting, consulting, and bookkeeping services.

In addition to owning MLA, Erin is also the Chief Financial Officer for a family of companies in the global pharmaceutical industry: L.E.A.F. Pharmaceuticals LLC, L.E.A.F. Therapeutics LLC, and L.E.A.F. Rwanda Ltd. These companies are focused on discovering, developing and commercializing innovative and safe therapies for cancer, autoimmune and infectious diseases. Together with a multidisciplinary team of employees and partners who have chosen to dedicate their careers, talents and expertise to this cause, Erin believes that L.E.A.F.’s discoveries will be life saving for many future patients.

A Philadelphia Main Line native and graduate of Villanova University, Erin believes in giving back to the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and as pro-bono CFO for Philadelphia Youth Basketball. She is an avid supporter of Shooting Touch in Boston, MA, Gashora Girls Academy of Science and Technology in Rwanda, and her high school alma mater, the Academy of Notre Dame in Villanova, PA. A former youth basketball coach, Erin still enjoys the game and attends most Villanova home basketball games with family and friends.

Erin is active in her parish community, volunteers as a USATF Track and Field official at the Penn Relays, received the 2017 Baird Women’s Lifestyle Growth Award, and lives with her husband and three children in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and Stone Harbor, NJ.
