Dr. Shamini Jain, 

Dr. Shamini Jain shared the story behind her title with us on February 3, 2019.

Shamini is a psychologist, scientist, and social entrepreneur. She is the Founder and CEO of the www.CHI.is, a nonprofit collaborative accelerator that connects scientists, health practitioners, innovators, and social entrepreneurs to advance the science and practice of healing.

At a young age Shamini was fascinated with healing and the human potential. Raised in a family that practices Jainism, an ancient religion from India that at it’s core is based on non-violence, she began to explore the connection between body and mind and believes we don’t yet fully understand our ability to heal ourselves through various non-traditional methods.
