For the past 13 years, I have had the honor of leading Women to Watch Media®, sharing the stories of extraordinary women leaders from around the world. What started as a radio show in 2012 has grown into a podcast and media hub that amplifies the voices of women who are making a difference in every industry.

Today, I find myself at a crossroads. Without enough sponsorship funding, I will have no choice but to step down and bring Women to Watch to an end. While I am nowhere near ready, the reality is that independent media requires resources to thrive. It’s about investing in a platform that has dedicated over a decade to advancing the voices of women, without taking a penny of income.

This journey has been deeply personal for me. It stems from a revelation I had in 2012 about the power of originality—realizing that every human has a unique story worth telling. That realization became my mission: to bring visibility to women’s leadership journeys, to inspire others to step into their own calling, and to create a platform that educates, uplifts, and helps women find their voice.
