On December 16, 2018, we were joined by Terri Matthews, a motivational speaker who’s currently hosting On The Spectrum, a show that provides support for parents, family members, employers of autistic employees, and people with autism themselves.

Coming from modest beginnings, Terri is certainly no stranger to adversity. Life had stacked some pretty unfair obstacles against her, dealing with molestation, homelessness, abuse – you name it. Yet, she is a firm believer that God shines through the cracks of broken people to illuminate hope and light to the world. She used the lessons learned in adversity to establish thriving organizations in the following industries: clothing, construction, healthcare, environmental, hospitality, technology and consulting. So never give up on yourself… There is purpose in your pain.
