Manvi Pant is a Senior Marketing Professional with A.T. Kearney, a Guest Writer with Men Advocating Real Change (MARC, Catalyst) and Human Capital Review. Prior to A.T. Kearney, she was a part of the Academic Research Department at FORE (Foundation of Education and Research) in India, where her area of research was Talent Management. Manvi also conducts University workshops on Business Communication.

She is highly creative and enjoys photography and DIY projects when she is not writing or working. Her photography focuses on lit abstract subjects, people and nature. Her inspiration often comes from one of the most accomplished women in the 19th century…Frida Kahlo, whose paintings and writings are among Manvi’s favorites. Manvi works and resides in Gurgaon, India.
