Heather Willems

Heather Willems is a gifted entrepreneur, principal and co-founder of ImageThink—a multimillion-dollar business that transforms how organizations meet their goals and thrive through graphic recording, visual facilitation and ‘ImageThinking’ of all kinds.

Having helped some of the world’s most influential companies reinvent the way they work, Heather believes in the power of creativity to fuel connection and change. It’s this philosophy that enriches the business and relationships she helps build—and has seen Heather’s graphic recording featured on the Today Show, in The New York Times and in galleries across the U.S.

Uniquely talented at deep listening and seeing problems and their solutions from new perspectives, Heather shines brightest when she’s making the most complex work captivating—empowering people to feel and think differently, and thrive. She is a former business strategy facilitator with a background in art and education, and an advocate for entrepreneurial artists.

Nora Herting is an award-winning artist, principal and co-founder of ImageThink—a multimillion-dollar business that transforms how organizations meet their goals and thrive through graphic recording, visual facilitation and ‘ImageThinking’ of all kinds.

Passionate about creativity and expanding people’s definition of it, Nora believes everyone has the potential to be creative every day. It’s what makes Nora respected for exceeding the expectations of some of the world’s biggest brands as a visual strategist, in-demand speaker and successful entrepreneur.

It’s also what drives her life’s ambition to integrate artists’ residency programs into corporate planning so creativity becomes a widespread catalyst for business innovation. As a successful photographer, and former professor and artist-in-residence, helping individuals and companies to channel creativity and explode their potential is Nora’s mission.

Nora moved around a lot as a child. She lived with her family in Albuquerque, NM in High School and Undergraduate school.

A frequent speaker, Wendy has written abou work/life balance and women’s issues for multiple publications and appeared on dozens of radio and TV shows including the TODAY show, Good Morning America, Fox, MSNBC and CNN’s Headline News. Wendy is also the author of the critically acclaimed book, “How She Really Does It: Secrets of Successful Stay-at- Work Moms.
