Joi brings nearly twenty years of experience in sports and entertainment, a wealth of knowledge in strategic contract negotiations, content creation, event production and management, and an unparalleled work ethic to THINK450, the National Basketball Players Association’s licensing and marketing subsidiary.

Joi grew up in the blue collar town of South Philadelphia where as she states, everyone is a fan of sports whether they want to be or not. While she had a true love of sports herself, it was PR that led to her current role with the NBPA. Her decision to go to law school enhanced her position and has allowed her to create great influence in an industry that is working hard on it’s diversity and inclusion.
