Autumn Bayles is the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Aramark, responsible for implementing large scale productivity initiatives across the client portfolio. She was formerly the Vice President of Strategic Development, leading initiatives such as growth strategies, M&A projects, and other strategic assessments across the various business units prior to her promotion this year.

Autumn is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an adjunct faculty member for Drexel’s LeBow College of Business.
