Asha Varghese, President of Caterpillar Foundation, joined us on February 16, 2020 to share the story behind her title.

Asha, a self-proclaimed systematic woman, had lived her life early on as somewhat of an introvert. What she learned through her participation in the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program was that in order to be the leader she knew she wanted to be, she would have to work on putting herself out there more. After doing so, it helped tremendously in her current work as President.
