Chief Financial Officer of L.E.A.F. Pharmaceuticals, LLC. and President of Main Line Accounting, LLC.
Erin was truly meant to be a leader. From the get go, she was interested in learning, exploring and finding truth in life. She learned from her parents that it was important to take advantage of any and all opportunities that were placed in front of her…and she is still doing that today.

Erin was turned down by Harvard, wait-listed by Princeton, accepted by Penn, chose Presidential Scholarship (full ride) and National Merit Scholarship to attend Villanova University. Came in with many AP credits and took extra courses most semesters and summers to finish with 3 degrees (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Bachelor of Arts in Honors, and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy).
Beginning in 1989, Erin worked for Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia office. Notable clients included Trop World Hotel & Casino, Villanova University, Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences (later renamed Philadelphia University), Penn Mutual Insurance Company, and ARCO Chemical.
In 1991, she went back to work for Milliman & Robertson on their Health Insurance Trend Model while attending classes to receive my MBA from Villanova at night. Erin then served as full time controller for Kistler-Tiffany Companies in Wayne, PA for five years and then part-time controller for another 5 years after having my oldest child.
After being laid off by Kistler-Tiffany Companies during maternity leave, found a part-time job with a tax CPA firm in Philadelphia handling their operations. She then went on to be a part-time controller for Advisorport and its broker-dealer subsidiary, Persimmon Capital Management, that were later acquired by PFPC, a division of PNC Financial Group in King of Prussia.
In 2007, Erin started Main Line Accounting (MLA), her own CPA firm dedicated to the outsourced accounting needs of small businesses, non-profits, churches, busy professionals, and high net worth individuals. Currently serving 150 clients with a dedicated team of 12 colleagues.
In 2014, Main Line Accounting (MLA) was introduced to Dr. Clet Niyikiza when he was starting L.E.A.F. Pharmaceuticals (LEAF) and MLA provided LEAF with outsourced accounting services from its beginning in August 2014.
In 2015, Clet asked Erin to be an outside consultant to LEAF. In 2016, he asked her to be the director of finance and operations which she agreed to do on a part-time basis. In 2017, he asked Erin to be the Chief Financial Officer, which she accepted on a part-time basis that shortly thereafter turned into fulltime.
