Developmental Psychologist, Life Coach, and Founder of The Science of Unstuck
“I had everything you were supposed to have to be “happy:” an affluent upbringing, devoted parents, school accolades, all the trophies, admission to an Ivy League school. But all I felt was “not enough.” I was not enough.”
When Sasha Heinz made a decision to surrender and get help with her eating disorder, her life turned around. She went on to earn a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University. Her mission now? To pay her hard-learned lessons forward and help women take control of their happiness—and their mind.
